Details

Booths:

Standard booths (3m×3m=9sq.m., 2.5m wall boards with a name plate, a desk, two chairs, two lights, a 220V, 5A socket)

Raw Space: for lease, 36sq.m. and above. Fees incurred in exhibition facilities, electric power and booth setup shall be borne by attendants.

Cost of participation

? Standard booths: US$750/9sq.m

? Indoor Space: US$650/9sq.m. (minimum 36sq.m.)

? Outdoors Space: US$50/sq.m. (minimum 30sq.m.)

? US$100.00 per person including: Reception Banquet sponsored by local government, meeting ID, booklet, souvenir and tour to Tang Paradise, Water Show，etc

Procedures:

? Participant shall contact us to confirm exhibits, the number and the location of booths and fill out the Exhibition Application Form and fax or mail it (bearing your company’s chop) to the organizer. Application finishes.

? The organizer shall review and confirm the application form by faxing or mailing it back to the participant.

? Participant shall remit the fees for booths, ad, etc to the designated bank account (refer to application form) within 7 days after application.

? If you want to advertise, please mail or e-mail us the ad materials (films, introduction, pictures or graphic design) before Feb. 1, 2008.

? The organizer will fax or mail the confirmation to the participant and appoint the booths when receiving your application form and fees.

? Participant shall e-mail its company or product introduction (no more than 300 words) to xalbh@163.com, which will be carried in the exhibit catalogue for free.

Coordinate in exhibit transport or customs clearance;

Advertising:

The Exhibit Catalogue: presented to visitors, supervising departments, associations, media, sent to industry insiders and relevant units. Size: 210mm×285mm.

Production Promotion:
Production promotions will be held for your new products and projects to be better known. Please book in advance. US$550 for each (two hours, surcharged on extra hours). Tourism insiders, agencies, dealers and public will be invited as audience.
